Intermediate level classes are for students who have been attending Yoga/Vinyasa 1 and Yoga/Vinyasa 1-2 sessions regularly for about 6 months and are looking to improve and deepen their practices.
In these sessions, the poses are not described in detail, more advanced poses are tried on and the class moves more in a flow. Vinyasa is a dance like flow containing the wholeness of movement, breath and the mind. These are sessions supporting the cardiovascular system, strengthening the muscles and the mind.
