Dr. Sangeeta Sahi completed her Medical Training in England Christian Medical College & Hospital. Her approach is to combine medical studies and Ayurveda and look at physical and mental health with a holistic view. She has worked in the areas of stress management, obesity, depression and cancer. She synthesizes East & West studies and conducts personal and group work and trainings in the areas of aromatherapy, homeopathy and Ayurveda. She helps heal and share her knowledge with her patients she has learned by working with Ayurvedic medicine, detox techniques learned from Dr. Vasant Lad, healing techniques learned from Yogi Bhajan (Kundalini Yoga Master).
