Studio Etiquette

    • You may start joining classes suitable to your level by visiting our “Yoga styles and levels” tab on our website
    • We suggest you arrive at our studio 15 minutes prior to the start time of the classes
    • Yoga mats, towels, straps, blankets, blocks, etc. will be provided
    • You may use the yoga mats provided or bring your own
    • If using the studio yoga mat, you may clean it before and after your practice with the ecological mat cleaner and leave a clean mat for students in later classes
    • We request you enter the classes no later than 10 minutes of starting time
    • We request you check in with the reception desk prior to the class
    • In order for you and the others not to be distracted and be in the moment during the classes, we request you not bringing your devices and cell phones to class. You may leave your devices put on silence in the lockers
    • We suggest you don’t eat 1,5 hours prior to class and not attend class with a full stomach
    • During your entry and exit to the studios, we suggest in order to be mindful of your fellow yogi’s space, maintain silence
    • We suggest you inform your teacher about any injuries, pain and pregnancy prior to the class
    • Be sure to return the studio’s props (mat, blocks, blanket, strap, etc.) to their rightful place upon leaving in order to be respectful to the studio and your fellow yogis
    • You may use our lockers for your valuables. The responsibility of the locks belongs to you
