Yoga I

Beginner Level

This is where you learn the ABC of yoga, these sessions include the basic knowledge such as breath, alignment, movement and posture. In the basic sessions, you notice what type of yoga you need and your instructor getting to know you and your body type will begin answering your questions in regards to the poses and yoga in general.

Yoga I-II

Intermediate Level

As the participants continue beginner’s level classes for at least 3 months and transitioning into intermediate level, they start to deepen and grow. In these classes, our relationship with the yoga poses strengthen, knowledge grows, during the sessions you may experience more mind-body balanced flowing moves and series.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Beginner Level

In a Vinyasa yoga class, students coordinate movement with breath to move from one pose to the next in a coordinated flow. Vinyasa flow is particular to the students own body and alignment and is composed of dance like flowing yoga moves supporting easy flow of breath in the body.

Intermediate Level

These sessions, after joining Vinyasa/Yoga 1 sessions for 3 months , can be attended gradually and begin the intermediate level of practice. The state of graceful and constant flow between the poses invites the mind to be in the moment, loosens up the joints and works the whole body. Breath emphasizes the wholeness of the movement and the mind. Strengthen the muscles.

Vinyasa Yoga II

Advanced Level

Advanced level classes are for students who have been attending Yoga/Vinyasa 1 and Yoga/Vinyasa 1-2 sessions regularly for about 6 months and are looking to improve and deepen their practices. In these sessions, the poses are not described in detail, more advanced poses are tried on and the class moves more in a flow. Vinyasa is a dance like flow containing the wholeness of movement, breath and the mind. These are sessions supporting the cardiovascular system, strengthening the muscles and the mind.

Ashtanga Yoga is a yoga system introduced to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabi Jois (1915-2009). This yoga method is where breath is synchronized with a group of postures, body temperature raises and sweating starts, detoxifies the muscles and the organs.

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

Beginner Level

Kundalini is the oldest style of yoga. It is based upon the tradition of Tantric Yoga and is mentioned in the Upanishads. Kundalini yoga first was introduced to the western world by Yogi Bhajan in 1969 and spread pretty rapidly. Kundalini is focused on breathing techniques, movement series and primary energy channels.

Mat Pilates, are a series of movements we practice on a mat by using our own body weight standing up or on the floor by working our muscles. Mat pilates while strengthening the muscular tissue at the same time increases the resilience of the body, bone density and the movement ability of the joints.

Beginner Level

Advanced Level

It is required that the students attending this session have previous yoga experience and knowledge. Poses, breath and alignment concepts here are no longer thought from the very beginning, it is anticipated that you are following the poses and flow confidently and comfortably.

Yin & Yang Yoga

Yin & Yang Yoga

Beginner Level

Yin and Yang yoga is composed of poses of Yin and Hatha yoga, in this class nervous system and connective tissue is relaxed, muscle, bone and joint systems are also strengthened. Sometimes the class starts with Yin Yoga poses and finishes with Yang poses. And sometimes starts off with active Yang poses and ends with Yin poses.

Yin yoga is usually practiced on the floor with the passive muscles and a smoother practice. Each pose is held for 3 to 5 minutes. Specifically focuses on the connective tissue around the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine.

Beginner Level

Restorative yoga is a meditative yoga style allowing for complete relaxing and resting. It supports other active yoga styles. Different kinds of equipment is used: blocks, blankets, belts, bricks, sandbags and bolsters.

Mindfulness meditation is an absolute and most beneficial type of meditation done without having any intention or objective. Mindfulness meditation is a state of observing without concentrating on one single thing or without judgment.

Pranayama / Breathing Studies

Beginner Level

“Prana” means vital life force and it exists everywhere. “Ayama” means expansion or extension. One of the steps of Patanjali’s 8 Step Ashtanga Yoga is prayanama.

Yoga therapy utilizes poses, breathing techniques and meditation to benefit and improve the overall health mentally and physically. The holistic approach of yoga therapy is mind, body and spiritual connection. Modern day yoga therapy consists of physical therapy, psychotherapy and other therapeutic modalities.

Acro yoga 2004 yılında eğlence ve kuvvet arttırmak için Jason Nemer ile Jenny Sauer-Klein tarafından yaratılmıştır. Yunanca “kaldırılmış, yüksekte” anlamına gelen “acro” ile sanskritçede “katılmak, birleşmek” anlamına gelen kelimelerinden oluşmuştur. Çift olarak uygulanan, eğlenceli bir stildir.

Acro yoga was introduced by Jason Nemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein for fun and to build strength. Acro is a Greek word that means “elevated” while yoga in Sanskrit word that means “union”. Acro yoga, therefore, is a fun partner practice involving elevated and inverted poses in which the partners work in unison.

Pregnant Yoga / PreNatal Yoga

Beginner Level

Prenatal yoga is practiced differently for each of the three trimesters. You may have a more comfortable pregnancy while doing yoga regularly. The discomforts of pregnancy such as morning sickness, backaches and cramps can be reduced. With the proven effects of meditation the moodiness will be less.

Kids Yoga

Beginner Level

Children can start doing yoga at the age of 4. The classes contain knowledge of yoga as well as fun games.
