Beginner Level

This is where you learn the ABC of yoga, these sessions include the basic knowledge such as breath, alignment, movement and posture. In the basic sessions, you notice what type of yoga you need and your instructor getting to know you and your body type will begin answering your questions in regards to the poses and yoga in general.

In addition getting to know how to use the supporting yoga tools, you will begin to feel the poses deeper and more accurate. At this stage where yoga philosophy and the styles entered your life, you may want to try yin and restorative yoga. At this initial stage putting pressure on your body in order to achieve specific poses and not listening your instructor’s directions carefully might cause muscle and tendon pain and injuries. Massage and body therapy sessions in our studio supports you in this process and prepares you to go through the starting process securely. After continuing the Beginners Yoga Level 1 for a few months and consulting your instructor, you may progress to the next level or a different type of yoga.
