In a Vinyasa yoga class, students coordinate movement with breath to move from one pose to the next in a coordinated flow. Vinyasa flow is particular to the students own body and alignment and is composed of dance like flowing yoga moves supporting easy flow of breath in the body.
As with the coordination of the breath and the movement the classes turn into a transformation work of energetic body and mind. The state of graceful and constant flow between the poses invites the mind to be in the moment, loosens up the joints and works the whole body. In order to attend the Vinyasa sessions, it is recommended you join the Basic Beginner’s Level Yoga sessions for some time
