Yin yoga is usually practiced on the floor with the passive muscles and a smoother practice. Each pose is held for 3 to 5 minutes. Specifically focuses on the connective tissue around the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine.

Prepares the body and mind for meditation, helps balance the highly yang energy of the intensity of the daily life. Provides elasticity to the body. Students at any level and age can practice it. The meditative nature allows for self-realization and focus. Yin Yoga is suitable for the beginner level and new comers can join.
