Githa separates the body in muscle-bone body, water body, nerve body, feeling and emotion body (pain body) and depending on the needs of the client uses either one or all. At the beginning of the therapy, he works on the client’s genetic background, cultural constraints, habits and personal stories figuring out the magnitude of the pain body and how the pain body affects and shapes the posture.

The pain body can sometimes cause muscle tightness as well as blocking the Chakra centers (pectoral, deltoid, trapez, gluteal, hamstring and quadriceps). At the initial step, a consciousness is established with the client in order to remove this shield from the muscles: we are looking to determine the type of emotional blockages and what the pain in the neck, back and waist mean in the client’s life and guide them through spiritual healing. During the second step, Githa works on the front and the back of the body at a deeper meditative techniques by using Ayurvedic and Tantric methods. He focuses on physical and emotional blockages; he allows for the internal organs, heart, the back of the knees and hips to be able to breathe; frees the spiritual muscle groups Psoas and Diaphragm; loosens the tightened muscles.
